Digital madness
I still had the second part of my driving task while the food was in the oven. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read My time jump experiment
By the time we got back, dinner was ready and it was high time, because I was hungry. I had forgotten to take my supplements yesterday, so I made up for that after dinner. Then it was high time for my evening work, because we had to get up early for an appointment in the morning.
The appointment went well, although it wasn't easy. We got there with squealing tires. On site, I experienced all the madness of digitalization, right up to the parking meters. The first one was defective without it being visible. Coins just fell through. So I went to the next one. It was cheaper than it said, which I didn't understand. But never mind, off to the appointment.
I had to do “paperwork” on a tablet there. I was already familiar with this, but once again it was a completely useless experience. Well, maybe not entirely, because I remained very calm when the “paper” repeatedly turned off and I had to see someone with an unlock code to continue filling it out. Anyway, I don't want to go into all the details here. When we got back to the vehicle, I felt like being sarcastic. The time that was saved processing and entering data for others was mine and we had exceeded the parking ticket. I don't usually wear wristwatches anymore, so I drew myself one (cover picture).
And while we were out and about, we went straight on to an amusement park to meet friends who wanted to go there. What wasn't planned was that the kids wanted to stay there until the end of the day. So my calendar day ended on site and with plenty of physical activity.

Digitaler Wahnsinn
Ich hatte noch den zweiten Teil meines Fahrdienstes, während das Essen im Ofen war. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Mein Zeitsprung-Experiment
Bis wir zurück waren, war das Essen fertig und das war auch höchste Zeit, denn ich hatte Hunger. Vergessen hatte ich gestern die NEMs, und das holte ich nach dem Abendessen noch nach. Anschließend war es höchste Zeit für meine abendliche Arbeit, denn nachher müssen wir für einen Termin am Morgen früh raus.
Der Termin gelang, wobei es nicht leicht fiel. Mit quietschenden Reifen sind wir hin. Vor Ort erlebten ich den ganzen Wahnsinn von Digitalisierung, bis hin zum Parkautomaten. Der erste war defekt, ohne dass es dem ansehbar war. Münzen fielen nur durch. Also zum nächsten. Der war billiger, als es dran stand, was ich nicht ver-stand. Doch egal, auf zum Termin.
Dort hatte ich "Papierkram" per Tablet zu erledigen. Ich kannte das schon, doch es war mal wieder eine vollkommen unnütze Erfahrung. Naja, vielleicht nicht ganz, denn ich blieb sehr gelassen, als das "Papier" mehrfach ausging und zum weiter Ausfüllen erst jemand mit Entsperrcode aufgesucht werden musste. Seis drum, ich mag gar nicht alle Details hier erzählen. Als wir am Fahrzeug zurück waren, war mir nach Sarkasmus. Die Zeit, die bei der Datenverarbeitung und Eingabe für Andere eingespart wurde, erbrachte ich und den Parkschein hatten wir überschritten. Ich trage gewöhnlich keine Armbanduhren mehr, also malte ich mir eine (Titelbild).
Und wo wir schon mal unterwegs waren, ging es anschließend geplant gleich weiter zu einem Vergnügungspark, um Freunde zu treffen, die dort hin wollten. Nicht geplant war, dass die Kids bis zum Feierabend dort bleiben wollten. So endete mein Kalendertag noch vor Ort und mit reichlich Bewegung.
