When it comes to dealing damage, there is a card in the life deck that is one of my favorites. Not only will it deal a lot of damage, it will also target my opponent's backline, making it perfect for battles.
This card is the Silvershield Assassin, and that's what I'm going to talk about today.

The Silvershield Assassin is a reward card from the Beta edition, it is a rare card and its attack type is melee.
Its attack power may not seem very strong, especially in the initial levels but it is a very powerful card when it is evolved and the main reason it is a great choice for battles is because of its abilities.
The Silvershield Assassin has a total of 3 abilities and they are Sneak, Double Strike and Poison.

Sneak - This ability allows the Silvershield Assassin to attack in any position and it will target the enemy monster positioned in the last position.
Monsters with melee attack have a big disadvantage in that they are not able to attack in the first position, but abilities like Sneak eliminate this disadvantage and allow them to attack in any position.

Double Strike - This ability allows the Silvershield Assassin to attack 2x per round. The Silvershield Assassin's attack may not seem high, but with the Double Strike ability the game changes since he will be able to attack 2x and cause much more damage.

Posion - This ability gives the Silvershield Assassin a 50% chance to poison the monster he attacks. Poisoned monsters will receive 2 damage at the beginning of each round.
As you can see, the Silvershield Assassin is a great choice for causing damage. Not only does he attack 2x per round, but he can also poison the monsters he attacks and cause even more damage. In addition, he attacks the enemy monster positioned in the last position, which means he will target the opponent's backline. Monsters that are in the backline are usually easy to defeat, so this becomes a great advantage since the fewer monsters the opponent has, the greater the chances of victory.
Despite the Silvershield Assassin's high mana cost, it is a card that is very worthwhile to have in battle, so even when I don't have a lot of mana available, it is still a great choice for battle.
