On this warmest day so far this year, I walked into the town centre to browse some shops and take in the atmosphere there for a while. Temperatures reached into the low twenties, which felt quite warm in the bright sunshine.
The town square fountains were active, and children were enjoying a soaking running into the water jets. I must admit it looked cold as this is still early april, and air temperatures are still not very high.
