Como les conté en el post anterior, en el mes de noviembre fue mi primer evento de Lakreando Convino, un sueño hecho realidad. Hoy voy a continuar con la historia de como fue ese día tan especial. ♥
Me preguntaron en mi post anterior de que se trataba y les cuento son sesiones de arte guiadas por mi, los participantes tienen un lienzo para pintar un cuadro que les iré explicando paso a paso.
Fueron varias semanas de visitas al restaurant, reuniones, diligencias para tener todo listo para ese día. Pinté el cuadro y también estaba la promoción, pues el evento no se daría si no habían participantes.
Como siempre esto último genera muchos nervios porque uno no sabe si la propuesta va a gustar o no. Tenía cupo para 20 personas, ya que esa era la cantidad de caballetes con las que contaba y gracias al empeño que pusimos en todo el proceso logré vender 15 entradas. Más de la mitad de los cupos disponibles y eso representaba un rotundo éxito.
En sesiones anteriores con mi anterior proyecto solo la primera vez logramos vender esa cantidad de cupos y la verdad 3 de estos contaban como 1 solo porque eran los hijos de una de las participantes y se les vendió por el precio de 1.
Definitivamente cuando uno hace las cosas con organización, disciplina y sobre todo amor, se logran grandes cosas.

As I told you in the previous post, in the month of November was my first Lakreando Convino event, a dream come true. Today I'm going to continue with the story of how that special day went. ♥
I was asked in my previous post what it was about and I tell you they are art sessions guided by me, the participants have a canvas to paint a picture that I will explain step by step.
It was several weeks of visits to the restaurant, meetings, errands to get everything ready for that day. I painted the picture and there was also the promotion, because the event would not happen if there were no participants.
As always the latter generates a lot of nerves because one does not know if the proposal will be liked or not. I had space for 20 people, since that was the number of easels I had, and thanks to the effort we put into the whole process, I managed to sell 15 tickets. More than half of the available seats and that represented a resounding success.
In previous sessions with my previous project only the first time we managed to sell that amount of seats and the truth is that 3 of these counted as 1 only because they were the children of one of the participants and they were sold for the price of 1.
Definitely when one does things with organization, discipline and above all love, great things are achieved.
Al llegar al sitio busqué inmediatamente a la encargada para organizarlo todo, los meseros iban organizando las mesas mientras yo le comentaba a ella la cantidad de personas que asistirían y cuales eran los cocteles que habían pedido.
Ella me explicó como sería la dinámica y en cuestión de minutos ya estábamos en el área de afuera organizando las cosas.
The waiters were organizing the tables while I told her about the number of people who would be attending and the cocktails they had ordered.
She explained to me how the dynamic would be and in a matter of minutes we were already in the outside area organizing things.
Ese día conté con el apoyo de 5 emprendedores y amigos para obsequiar regalos a los participantes de la sesión de arte.
Una de las participaciones que más amé fueron las de mi amiga Estilita, ella tiene un emprendimiento de mini donas y le quedan espectaculares.
Ella nos dio una mini dona como degustación para cada uno de los participantes y lo bueno es que quedaron algunas así que pude disfrutarlas junto a mi hijo y mi esposo al llegar a casa.
That day I had the support of 5 entrepreneurs and friends to give gifts to the participants of the art session.
One of the participations that I loved the most were those of my friend Estilita, she has a mini donut business and they are spectacular.
She gave us a mini donut as a tasting for each of the participants and the good thing is that there were some left so I could enjoy them with my son and my husband when I got home.
Ya los puestos estaban listos para los participantes, todo se veía tal cual lo esperaba y ahora solo faltaba que comenzaran a llegar.
El tema de la hora era súper importante, por lo que estaba bien ansiosa por que llegaran todos y pudiéramos dar inicio.
A los pocos minutos llegaron los primeros.
The booths were ready for the participants, everything looked just as I expected and now they just needed to start arriving.
The time was very important, so I was very anxious for everyone to arrive and for us to start.
A few minutes later the first ones arrived.
El cuadro de muestra lo coloqué en una mesa aparte junto a los premios. Luego de que llegaron casi todos dimos inicio al taller.
