My food diary is all over the place. Breakfast: breakfast burrito, coffee/milk, granola bar, thin mint.
Lunch: sardines, orange, popcorn, rice crisps, okara brownies, granola bar, more coffee, multivitamin.
Last night I felt as though I hadn't had enough food. So today I changed my calorie allowance to maintenance instead of losing, so I allowed myself to have extra food (without planning ahead of time).
Breakfast+lunch was 1,350 calories. It was enough to where I wasnt hungry for dinner until later, and I'm trying not to eat after 7, so I'm fasting dinner.
I am proud of myself for listening to my body and allowing myself to have bigger portions earlier in the day. If I had tried staying in a calorie maintenance, then I probably would have binged dinner.
I am also proud of myself for not having dinner, because I am guilty of eating "because it is time or available" as opposed to actually being hungry and fueling my body appropriately.
Part of my journey is learning to listen and trust my body.
