It's time to test my luck by opening more Loot Chests in Splinterlands. I hope to hit a jackpot this time, but I'll be happy if I get a good amount of energy.
My strategy for the reward store is very simple, I spend all the Glint I receive on Loot Chests because in my opinion it's the best option since I can get cards, energy and jackpots, all of which are very useful for my goals and to increase my profits in the game.
I recently managed to accumulate 19,331 Glint and my Loot Chest option today will be the Major Chests, they are the ones with the highest chances of getting jackpots so maybe today will be the day I finally get my first jackpot, although I doubt it very much and I'll be happy if I get a good amount of energy.
Since I don't want to spend all my Glint at once, I'll only open 19 Major Chests, which means I'll spend 19,000 Glint since each Major Chest costs 1,000 Glint.
The drop rates for Major Chests are:
- 33% chance of getting Reward Cards.
- 30.99% chance of getting Potions.
- 26% chance of getting Merits.
- 10% chance of getting Energy.
- 0.01% chance of getting Jackpots.
My luck with Jackpots and Energy is horrible, so I hope this time I have better luck than the Loot Chests I opened before.
Unfortunately today was not the day I won my first jackpot in Splinterlands and my luck in getting energy was also terrible and I only got 3 this time.
One of my strategies is to always use Alchemy potions when opening Loot Chests because this way I increase my chances of getting Gold Foil cards and I can burn them to get more Glint and open more Loot Chests. It's a simple strategy but very useful because sometimes I may not get enough Glint to open all the Loot Chests I want in the season.
This season my luck with Loot Chests is terrible, I'm getting little energy and most of the cards I get aren't the ones I like the most, I don't even need to talk about the jackpots lol. But there are still a few days left until the season ends so I'm going to get more Glint and open more Loot Chests, I hope I have better luck in the next ones.
