Happy midweek π Oh boy, it's now getting too hot these days. For today, heat indices in the metro have gotten as high as 41C. It's normally not too hot outside, but inside the flat, temperature could be higher. I brought a chair outside and sat there for a few minutes after work just to cool down. π

It's a local holiday here, but we did have work. Thankfully, it's not too busy. Whew! I have one mini project that I need to complete as soon as possible in the hope that it will help cool down the bedroom.
One task at a time.. one day at a time.. I scouted for a place to insert a small exhaust fan from the main living area to the bedroom wall. The left part of the wall was pretty solid so I could not possibly cut out a space there. The plywood a little to the right though is thinner that I could use a box cutter to carve out a round hole. I did this over the past days (bought the exhaust fan last Sunday). I'm doing things slowly as I'm not as before and I get a bit too tired and sore for climbing up the ladder and doing DIY work up the wall. I do plan to complete the task tonight. Hopefully, I will still have enough strength to do a good job. π I find this project essential as I'm not too pleased with the hot temperature in the bedroom. Hopefully, once the exhaust fan is installed, it will be cooler in the bedroom. π€πβ€οΈπ‘
Prompt A Day : Word Prompt : Mintage

Definition: the minting of coins. I'll share coin photos next time around as my different coins are stored in different places (containers). In my lifetime, I could recall only once when old coins were devalued and removed from circulation. There was mintage of new ones with revised designs. This has happened twice in the past decade or so. I remember when we had pennies when I was a kid. I hardly used them but kept some in my old purse. Then we had five centavos and ten centavos. I'm not sure if these had been removed from circulation already. I still have a few of them in my home purse. I'm not fond of bringing lots of coins so I keep them in storage containers at home. I'm a tickler for organization so I do sort them out and separate the new mintage from the old ones. π Keeping coins can be handy as I can use and spend them on emergencies. (Photos to be shared next time around π)

Nine days of the month is over. I think we're smack in the middle of summer now as it's really too hot. I honestly can't wait till April is over. Hopefully, May would be a cooler month. Last year it was too hot till around June or July. That was no fun. Let's see how we will fare this year. Inshallah! πβ€οΈπ‘
I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I'm less than twenty cents away from $8. I hope to cross that by the weekend so I can target getting to $9.
All righty, I will work on my home project and make observations whether any improvements have been made. Wish me luck! π Do have a fantastic week. Nighty night from Manila. Ta-tah! π
