We know them by their deeds. And not that it goes, sometimes you have to kill hope, yourself, once and for all. Because then we will be able to turn our life around so that it takes us out of that dark and deep cesspool.
Without waiting for the external to change, we have to work on the internal and it is not easy at all, it is very difficult and many of us get stuck. It takes a firm decision, hard work, hard, tough, a lot of patience, but above all a lot of discipline to erase false beliefs.
In fact, the new trend is the boom of lies on social networks, there is a lot of misinformation, people who believe everything that is published, without even researching.
False hope, they say is the last thing to be lost.
In some cases I disagree, because there is a false hope that rather leaves us stagnant and we live for years in suffering because of that false hope.
I think sometimes we need mental tremors that shake us up, that adjust us, that make us see that we are wrong and sometimes we need those things to happen the hard way, for the times we have tried the hard way...and nothing happens.
Look, self-esteem is a journey, not a destination. However, we often feel that we are not enough to exercise the fact of being ourselves. And we live life behind the scenes, running away even from our own reflection. Has it happened to them? Me too. 😬
The only way to change what makes us bad and makes us lose our hope, it is we ourselves who move to take the action. It can be difficult, but I always think about all the times when I thought I couldn't and, still, I took one more step, that's how I started to get ahead. I do it at my own pace, as I can, but I do it and I don't faint or let go of the towel in doing it.
A long time ago my self-esteem was really nothing and I had a lot of personal problems linked to my lack of self-love. Until I understood and assumed my place in the world.
