6" Star Wars Figures

in Toys on Hive8 days ago

I saw these a while ago but never really thought of collecting them until I got a bargain on 4-Lom and Zuckuss. Then a few weeks later, I got Dengar, too, for a decent price.

Collecting The Bounty Hunters

After getting the three of them, I had the intention of getting the entire collection of bounty hunters.

The reason is that they all look unique, and I really like that about them in particular. While I would also like to get the heroes, and potentially some Imperials too, the bounty hunters are my main focus.

I did find someone selling all of them online, out of their packaging, which I would actually rather have. I mean, having them in their boxes is great, too, but being able to display and pose them would be really good and far better than just having them up on the wall or in a display case.

The Seller

Not only do they have all the bounty hunters, but they also have a few others I'd really like: the Tusken Raider and Jawa, as well as a couple of others.

Basically, after seeing a few of them, I have this urge to get a bunch more than I originally intended.

They cost a fair bit. For example, to get all the bounty hunters plus Bib Fortuna, it would be €130 plus postage, but if I could get him down to around €110, I'd be delighted.

The Figures

They have such great detail, and that is the main reason I'd like to get these 6" figures in general.

For display purposes, they look great, and even their weapons look amazingly detailed.

The aliens in Star Wars look unique, which has driven me to get these guys, and I aim to pick up a few more.

I'll only be focusing on ones that I really like - in general - rather than the old Kenner figures where I'm collecting each one.

There must be so many different figures, but having a collection theme is fun. We have a load of the Doctor Who figures that would be nice to display along with other stuff we have related to the show, including an actual prop!
