In this space I will be giving away STARBITS, sharing my experience with a song, telling how I discovered it, and providing interesting information about it. Then I will include several tables with statistics of the Rising Star game.
After I finished going through the hundred songs provided by Spotify that I listened to the most in the last year, I have thought of adding songs of my choice from my "Like" list that has more than 1000 songs. The Winner Takes It All: ABBA
My song of choice on Spotify for today's post is The Winner Takes It All of the group ABBA. Today I was reviewing some of my “I like” songs, I wanted to change the theme a little bit more and I went into my playlist where I have pop hits from the 80's/90's, which most of them I have already talked about in the past.
So I made use of the tool provided by Spotify, where it recommends songs of the genre. In this case, it recommended The Winner Takes It All. I think it took me a few seconds to recognize it and know what song it was, but as it happens to me with most of the songs, I don't usually know their artists or their name.
ABBA was one of the most successful pop bands in history. Founded by Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad in the 70s. The band's great success came when they won a Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 with “Waterloo, which gave them international recognition and opened doors to the world.
The Winer Takes It All was released in 1980 for the album called Super Trouper and became a worldwide hit.

The new format will be similar to the one we used some time ago, using the Hive Tools application. However, the application didn't always work, so this time we will be using a Discord bot that is in charge of returning a winner from among all the comments on a Hive post.
