Nie spodziewałem się wiele po tym dniu. Był z pewnością bardziej ciekawy. Niestety znowu się narobiło. Muszę się zastanowić, nad moim zarządzaniem i tym czy i jak wyciągać konsekwencje. Mam nadzieję, że uda się odkręcić, ale nawet w najgorszym wypadku temat jest do uratowania. Tylko co zrobić, żeby pracownicy przykładali większą wagę?
I didn't expect much from this day. It was certainly more interesting. Unfortunately, things have gotten worse again. I have to think about my management and whether and how to draw consequences. I hope that it will be possible to reverse it, but even in the worst case, the subject can be saved. But what can be done to make employees pay more attention?
