The spring is connected with "Y" shape water channel and according to the elders, this spring helps the People in their agricultural land just like crops and vegetables. The time when this spring contains lots of water, Farmers always fetched lots of water here for their plants and crops. That time, only tall and big trees can be seen and found here but as the place already occupied, there are lots of plants like coconuts already planted here. Each side of the cliff at the spring contains big rocks because this place is composted of solid rocks like Pagang in local term.
Near at the Old spring is an agricultural place were lots of coconut trees can be seen and found. Almost 300 coconut trees planted near at the spring and according to elders who lived near the place, the old spring gives a great contributions because the land owner fetched lots of water for their coconut plants. Even if the place contains lots of rocks, still the valuable plants like coconuts in fact some of it are already produced lots of fruits. There are lots of wild grass grows of the entire place and a perfect place to raised farm animals like Cows and Goats.
This place is also filled with dry coconut palm used for firewood. There are lots of people wants to go here in the areas just to looked for any firewood to used. This place was once a stream connected to the old and dry spring here at the border point. But as many years has past, the stream was completely dried up and now it is developed into an agricultural land. Aside of coconut trees, there are also lots of bamboo plants grows at the slope areas near at the spring. It is very amazed because there are lots of phenomenon before the stream and spring was totally dried up. Big trees like Germilina and Mahogany can also be seen at the middle of the dried stream and spring.
Near at the old spring is the well presserved forestry areas. Lots of wild animals like birds can be seen and found here. The place is very cool and relaxing because of the shady areas brought by big trees. Aside of that, it is a perfect areas for doing camping trips and most of the hardwood native trees here are molave and Mahogany trees. It is near at Cellsite and main road of the Municipality. Each side of boundary contains this concrete posts and bobwires and it indicates that the other side of the land is owned by other landowner. This fences are already made many years ago and near at this fence is the road trail for the residents who lives on the other side of the areas.
