Becoming a Secretary
Hello everyone! I hope you are well and happy. As for me I am good, had a little bit of back pain due to doung the laundry for 4 long hours today.
Anyway, I am glad to be here with you again today, I became a secretary at our First Operations Monthly Meeting on GMP in my workplace last Friday, I really had no idea about being a secretary but Greg guided me along the way, funny because I was checking the internet about being a virtual assistant and it says it's being a secretary but online and look what came to me that day! Might be a coincidence but let's see if I could really pass to become a VA one day.
So I was told to keep 2 logbooks for the meeting, one for the attendance and one for the minutes my of meeting and since I am used to jotting down notes while I was in school, I was able to do the secretarying easily.
The maintenance supervisors were not able to attend the meeting so the next day, I was asked to print it to discuss it the absentees and I was glad that the the only corrections were the need to add address on each names and to add the names of the absentees as well.
Calculator Cleaning
Notice something different about this calculator? Yup, I turned the numbers upside down because I don't want anyone to use it without my permission.
Bavk then when the office was still at the warehouse, my colleagues comes to the office and get things they think they needed, it was okay for me sice they are using them for working but the bad thing is that they don't return and lose the things.
I leaned from that so I twisted the numbers and since then, they don't take it from me.
Anyway last month, I really need to let someone borrow it and he was assigned at the warehouse. When he returned it, it was very dusty and I had to open it and clean. I had a screw driver with me so the work was easy.
Dust inside and out is very visible
The inside was even worse!
To get rid of the dust, I used a paint brush, cotton and alcohol and did the best that I could and returned the pieces on.
Now some work came and I had to hurrry what I was doing. I forgot to clean the screen again thsi there were still dust visible and the zero button sometimes don't work. I guess I had to find time again to open it and clean again.
It was a long day at work and am glad I was productive at work and learnt what secretaries do.
