Awesome pictures @jlufer, did you know there are studies of bird omens going way back in history one such practice, is the Creco-Roman religious practice called Augury?

Anyways a bit of fun knowledge.

Have the best day

Good morning, dear friend @benthomaswwd

If I've read about it, I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know.

Thank you so much for appreciating my photos.

Have a great day.

They use to observe the behaviour of birds to predict the future.
Also they use to use bird omens to know if the gods were being favourable or not.
It was well practiced at the time sometimes mixed with other practices through-out the Roman Empire, cyprus and egypt.

You are welcome @jlufer
