Esta semana ha sido una de las mejores, dado que se presentaron algunas situaciones muy divertidas al momento de hacer las búsquedas de las aves para fotografiar. La primera situación se dio cuando esta preciosa ave se posó sobre las ramas, al principio pensé que se trataba de un ¨zorzal¨, pero sus movimientos eran muy diferentes. Por lo que pude investigar se trata de un ave hembra de la especie conocida como ¨mirlo¨ :  y tiene mucho sentido haberla visto, ya que desde hace unos días estoy oyendo nuevos ¨trinares¨ de aves que antes no las había oído

This week has been one of the best, since some very funny situations arose when searching for birds to photograph. The first situation occurred when this beautiful bird landed on the branches. At first I thought it was a thrush, but its movements were very different. From what I could investigate, it is a female bird of the species known as ¨mirlo¨ :  and it makes a lot of sense to have seen it, since for a few days I have been hearing new ¨trills¨ of birds that I had not heard before.

No paso mucho tiempo para que el ¨benteveo¨:  apareciera para reclamar su lugar, la presencia de estos cuidadores de espacio intimido a la otra ave y se hecho que saliera a volar. Como el ¨pitogüé¨ se puso ante el lente, no quedo otra que hacer algunas tomas de su figura, aunque tengo que decir que no son las mejores fotografias que he hecho de ellos

It doesn't take much time for the ¨benteveo¨:  appeared to claim its place, the presence of these space keepers intimidated the other bird and made it fly away. As the "pitogüé" stood in front of the lens, I had no choice but to take some shots of his figure, although I have to say that they are not the best photographs I have taken of them

While I was taking the shots of the ¨benteveos¨ I noticed the figure of a bird among the branches, but since there were many branches in front of it, it was difficult for me to identify it. Finally I knew that it was a ¨torcacita¨: This is a beautiful pigeon, a little bigger than the ¨pigeons¨¨picuí¨, and smaller with the ¨pigeons¨¨torcaz¨; It is very common for them to be confused with the ¨picuí¨, but these have a reddish color in the feathers on their chest

Me cuesta creer como han cambiado los avistamientos que hacemos en casa, cuando comenzamos no había muchas especies, es evidente que las cosas que hicimos para que ellas nos tengan confianza está dando resultados. I find it hard to believe how the sightings we make at home have changed. When we started there weren't many species. It's clear that the things we did to make them trust us are giving results. This week we found two species of birds that are rarely or never frequented, and it has been wonderful to feature them in this great ¨Show Me A Photo Contest¨: I am always grateful to have acquired this beautiful camera ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ it takes some really beautiful shots
