There are many advantages of getting up early in the morning, your body keeps fit and diseases are also low. So today my day starts, like a daily morning at five and a half am, When my phone alarm went off and I got up and turned off the alarm, I went to the kitchen. To do hot water, I drank a glass of hot water. Drank water and after a while went to freshen up.
After getting refreshed, I went for a walk. For a walk, I travel 2 to 3 kilometers from Delhi and do some jogging while walking. After jogging and walking, he returned home. After coming home I picked up my skipping rope and climbed onto the roof and went over it. After moving to the terrace, I did some exercises and did a little yoga. Then it came down after that.
After coming down, I went to take a bath, after bathing, I went to worship, then I had my breakfast, for breakfast I ate papaya fruit today.
After having breakfast, I picked up my phone and started checking social media notifications. Simultaneously, I also read news articles. Then as soon as I went to the bank at 10 o'clock for some important work. While I was doing my work, I saw a board on which instructions were given to identify the real fake of 500 and 2000 Indian currency notes.
After completing my work in the bank, I came back home and then started reading news on NewsApp. Then the page of do you know opened on it and there was mention of people with higher iq than scientist Albert Einstein. I read it which also had the name of an Indian-origin girl.
Then around 2 o'clock in the day I got a call from Bombaya and he told me to parcel Karma some envelopes kept at home. So I went to the post office with the envelope and filled the speed post form and gave it to the clerk. He sent it and handed me the slip. After that I came back home.
