You made a mistake with the tickets giving over 1000 tickets to 2 people, which would be impossible in your system.

If there are multiple participants on the top position, one randomly chosen will receive another ticket and the HSBI
In this case 3 People shared the top position and the system chose randomly two of them and added tickets but by a small coding mistake it added more than required. But this count was of course not taken into account by the raffle for the cards (which happened already before this), so it was just a visual thing. But thanks i will have a look into :) !LOLZ
