So they got these things called creative kits and the idea is you buy a little project that requires you to 3d print some parts and the rest is included in the kit, there are all kinds as you can see from a screenshot I took, you can build your own mouse and all other kind of stuff but I went with something simple
I got this little boat kit but I got it straight from China so it was only 5 bucks.
With this kit you have a few options for some boats and even a submarine model you can attach this little motor to.
I went with the silly goose speed boat because it was the easiest to print.
it took 4 hours to print on my fast printer and the motor was fairly easy to attach
it floats and works well but for a fairly short duration unless you hold down the propeller and wind it a bunch
I am not sure I will get another one of these kits, it was fairly simple and the kids enjoy it but I rather just make my own project but I saw this on aliexpress for 5 bucks so figured why not give it a shot at the very least it could be some content for the blog right ? 🤣
