Mishy Panic with Magical Alisa is a Whack-a-mole mini-game in Tokyo Xanadu featuring characters from another game by Falcom: Alisa Reinford from the Trails of Cold Steel series.
This mini-game is about smashing the Evil Mishy who appear on the screen while avoiding good Mishy and Mishitte. Typical Whack-a-Mole game mechanic. Unlike the other mini-game which is time-based, Mishy Panic requires a bit of skill. Each difficulty level has a set number of patterns and could be Perfected (as in earning highest possible score.) Each playthrough is only 1 minute long so it's easy to replay.
I don't know why I love playing this mini-game but I do. Easy Mode was easy to Perfect, Normal was easy to beat, but Hard Mode was much more challenging. So I'll be sure to take my time trying to earn "Perfect" completion on that. (إن شاء الله.)
Maybe one of the reasons I like this mini-game is that I'm a fan of Alisa Reinford from the Cold Steel seris.
I'm still in the 6th Chapter of Tokyo Xanadu, and I don't know how many chapters are yet to come, but I'm enjoying playing the game so far. I thought it'll be fun to write about the mini-games and record a video of me playing one of them. I hope you all liked that as well.
