Hay una canción que siempre he escuchado desde muy temprana edad y la cual ha sido tomada como un himno por todas aquellas personas que se han determinado disfrutar y vivir la vida como venga, podemos tener tropiezos y volvernos a levantar sin quedarnos llorando sobre los hechos, al final de todo no está mal llorar, ello nos permite drenar nuestras emociones y después de ello, tomamos un gran suspiro y volvemos a comenzar.
Les hablo de la polémica y muy sonada canción de Celia Cruz titulada “la vida es un carnaval” y es que cada día trae sus propias circunstancias algunas sin duda alguna, nos roban una sonrisa, otra por su parte nos hacen opacar esa hermosa mascara que nos embellece.
Aun así, la actitud no te la puede robar nadie, es una decisión propia, no se trata de llevar una vida desinteresada o hacer caso omiso a las adversidades experimentadas y ocultarnos detrás de esa hermosa y flamante sonrisa, solo recuerda que muchas personas caminan en medio de tinieblas y tú puedes ser esa luz que ellos requieran para caminar sin tantos tropiezos, que la alegría de tu rostro las contagie, las llenes de optimismo y esa fuerza necesaria para continuar viviendo con esperanza.
Hagamos una pequeña pausa en medio de este escrito y seamos un poco críticos y reflexivos, que así como nos cambiamos de vestimenta todos los días y utilizamos quizás un atuendo para cada ocasión, decidamos replicar esto mismo en nuestro rostro y no te hablo de maquillaje en el caso de las mujeres, hago referencia a la mejor mascara de todas una resplandeciente sonrisa, tengamos en cuenta que es lo que nos va a representar y si además de ello es el lenguaje que nos va a facilitar conectar con otros.
Es más factible que nos relacionemos con las personas carismáticas que con una muy seria y hasta gruñona, imagina que tu sonrisa puede ayudar a alguien a desvanecer su tristeza o mejor aún hace que tus propias cargas emocionales sean mucho más ligeras, recordemos que siempre vamos a tener mil razones para ser feliz y estar en gratitud continua.
Que la decisión de ver los aspectos positivos en medio de un problema es tuya y de nadie más, que la vida es una sola y es inmensamente bella aun cuando el gris del cielo quiera extenderse por todos los horizontes es algo que no demora mucho, porque después de toda gran tormenta vuelve la calma y el cielo se vuelve a vestir de sus coloridos destellos y de esta misma manera tenemos que visualizarnos en nuestro día tras día.
En mi transitar diario tengo el mejor ejemplo de resiliencia y optimismo, alguien muy cercano que me ha educado con su gran ejemplo y por ello doy fe de que tu vida puede ser una fuente de agua que nutra a otras personas y que los demás también puedan reflejarse en ella y por lo tanto replicar, les comento de mi padre un hombre ejemplar que en los momentos más duros de su vida en plena enfermedad de su madre perdió una gran cantidad de ganado vacuno por múltiples razones extrañas y el solo decía Dios si tengo que quedarme sin un animal quítamelos todo, pero no a mi madre.
Mi padre en medio de esa amarga prueba en vez de reprochar o lamentarse, veía una oportunidad para extender la vida de su madre aquí en la tierra y aun cuando no fue mucho ese tiempo, él se arrodillo en medio de su perdida y dio gracias por la virtud y el privilegio del tiempo compartido, esto para la familia fue una gran elección de vida y una experiencia con una aprendizaje doloroso, pero muy enriquecedor a la vez.
Sabemos que la vida es tan volátil y efímera, por lo tanto debemos vivirla con gran determinación, así que decide siempre ser apasionadamente feliz, que el poder de tu sonrisa sea un faro que ilumine no solo tu camino, sino también a todos los que te rodean.

There is a song that I have always listened to from a very early age and which has been taken as an anthem by all those people who have determined to enjoy and live life as it comes, we can have setbacks and get back up without crying over the facts, at the end of everything it is not wrong to cry, it allows us to drain our emotions and after that, we take a big sigh and begin again.
I'm talking to you about the controversial and very popular song by Celia Cruz titled “life is a carnival” and each day brings its own circumstances, some without a doubt stealing a smile from us, others in turn make us overshadow that beautiful mask that beautifies us.
Even so, no one can steal the attitude from you, it is your own decision, it is not about leading a selfless life or ignoring the adversities experienced and hiding behind that beautiful and brand new smile, just remember that many people walk in the midst of darkness and you can be that light that they require to walk without so many setbacks, may the joy on your face infect them, fill them with optimism and the strength necessary to continue living with hope.
Let's take a short pause in the middle of this writing and be a little critical and reflective, that just as we change our clothes every day and perhaps use an outfit for each occasion, let's decide to replicate this same thing on our face and I'm not talking about makeup in the case of women, I'm referring to the best mask of all, a resplendent smile, let's keep in mind what it is going to represent us and if, in addition to that, it is the language that is going to make it easier for us to connect with others.
It is more likely that we relate to charismatic people than to someone who is very serious and even grumpy. Imagine that your smile can help someone fade their sadness or, better yet, it makes your own emotional burdens much lighter. Let's remember that we will always have a thousand reasons to be happy and be in continuous gratitude.
That the decision to see the positive aspects in the midst of a problem is yours and no one else's, that life is one and is immensely beautiful even when the gray of the sky wants to extend across all horizons is something that does not take long, because after every great storm calm returns and the sky once again dresses itself in its colorful sparkles and in this same way we have to visualize ourselves in our day after day.
In my daily life I have the best example of resilience and optimism, someone very close to me who has educated me with his great example and that is why I attest that your life can be a source of water that nourishes other people and that others can also reflect on it and therefore replicate it. I tell you about my father, an exemplary man who in the hardest moments of his life, in the midst of his mother's illness, lost a large number of cattle for multiple strange reasons and he only said God if I have to be left without an animal. Take everything from me, but not from my mother.
My father, in the midst of that bitter trial, instead of reproaching or lamenting, saw an opportunity to extend his mother's life here on earth and even though that time was not long, he knelt in the midst of his loss and gave thanks for the virtue and privilege of shared time. For the family, this was a great life choice and an experience with painful learning, but very enriching at the same time.
We know that life is so volatile and ephemeral, therefore we must live it with great determination, so decide to always be passionately happy, may the power of your smile be a beacon that illuminates not only your path, but also everyone around you.
