Since my exam was over and I didn't try to do something new. Let's try to do something new.

Why do I choose this?

About 2 weeks ago: When I was preparing myself for my exams and I leave all my activities like cooking, sports, etc. I just focus on my education. My aunt came to my house and we started chatting and she tells me about something new I never made nor tasted. All my family knows that I like to cook. And I'm never tired of cooking. As I am a girl and I think it's the best hobby. Okay, she tells me that when I was in childhood, she used to make cabbage pakora. You are surprised! I was also very surprised to heard what kind of pakora and how it was. So I decided when I was free, I make it. So today I was free. Let's go to make it. It's very easy to make. It makes it as we make potato chips. So let's go

Wanted material

  1. Half the cabbage
  2. Oil (a cup)
  3. Knife
  4. White flour (half a cup)
  5. Salt (½ tablespoon)
  6. Red pepper ( two tablespoons)
  7. Cumin (one spoon)
  8. Coriander (one spoon)
  9. turmeric strength (0.5) just a pinch
  10. Water (half a cup)
  11. Lemons (one)

Process

First step

First you wash your cabbage and cut it like flowers

Now we prepare our paste. And before it we have half a cup of white flour

Put one and a half tablespoons of salt

4 step

Put two tablespoons of red pepper

5 step

Add a spoon of coriander

6 step

Add a spoon of cumin

7 step

Add a tablespoon of hot masla (this is a mixture of everything like pepper, cumin, coriander etc.)

Add water to mix it.
You can add water through a spoon because more water can thin your paste

Add a chin turmeric powder. We add it because of a beautiful color

10 Step

Squeeze the lemons or you can add a spoon of yogurt. Both do the same thing. And if you don't have both of these, you can leave this step

Our paste is ready. It looks like

Apply the paste into flowers. And leave it an hour
It's good

12 step

Add half a cup of oil to the pan with normal heat and wait until the oil is warm

13 Step

Put the flowers in hot oil. And wait until it is brown. Change side to them. It looks after 15 minutes

14 step

On it you cover it with another thing at low temperatures. And cook for 2-3 minutes

Final

Finally it is ready. Looks tasty

You can try it with tomato sauce and even try it with rice or you can try your tea or coffee choice is your

I have tried potato and eggplant fritters last week and i have made the paste little thinner which made the final results little weird, but your paste is really perfect which made your fitters perfect I'll also try it again to make them perfect like you have made💖💖

Yes, thin paste creates problems as compare to thick
