Hi again! How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my short diary for Saturday, April 26, 2025.
Both the baby and the mother are doing well, Alhamdulillah, except for some pain in my wife's operation area and lower abdomen. It wasn't a severe one!
In the morning, my elder son and I went to the Lulu Hypermarket to purchase some items. My wife is well enough to feed the newborn alone, without assistance from me. Hence, I can easily perform other works at home and outside, Alhamdulillah.
Later, we shaved the newborn's head. It was on the 7th day of his life. It's a custom to shave hair on the 7th day and give some voluntary donation (Sadaqa). He was quite cooperative during the shaving :)
In the afternoon, I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes. It helped me reach over 10k steps on Saturday.
In the evening, I was at home. I helped my elder kid to read some of the academic books. Later, I worked on the laptop for a while. We went to bed after 11 pm.

Commentrewarder: A System to Reward Commenters
Normally, by commenting under any HIVE post, we receive rewards if our comments get upvotes and the reward is above the dust threshold. There is another system that has been developed where an author can share part of his or her rewards with the commenters. The project is designed to encourage engagement within the HIVE ecosystem. To reward the commenters, the author needs to set @commentrewarder as a beneficiary. If someone comments under that post and the comment receives an upvote from the author within 3 days, the commenter will receive the reward. The rewards will be distributed in liquid HIVE after 7 days.
