After a break for 3 days, on Tuesday, I could walk on the treadmill for a little over 30 minutes. According to the Fitbit app, I made 13,878 steps, covered a distance of 10.63 km, and burned 2,687 cal. I am not sure about the correctness of the data. But, it's satisfactory :). According to the Sweatcoin app, I made 19,956 steps. So, the steps accounts are more or less the same. The Sweatcoin app doesn't provide the distance and cal burn stat.
I skipped the morning sleep on Tuesday. However, I had a short afternoon nap before joining the evening shift duty. While I was at home, I had to play with my kid. It's his demand :) We played bat & ball, football, hide & seek, etc.
At work, on Tuesday, I consulted 30 patients in my chamber. There was no emergency case during my work. In the visa medical section, a good number of people came for the fitness tests. I examined some of them.
