Happy midweek ๐ I'm totally glad it's another day closer to the weekend. Did you know that today was even hotter than yesterday?! My room thermostat registered a 37C temperature! ๐ฎ That's the highest record so far, and it's not even officially summer yet. ๐
I decided to spend a little more time in the garden earlier tonight. That's so I could cool down a bit as it's too hot inside the flat. I watered the plants as much as I can and even sprayed on the terrace ground so it would not be too hot. Right now, I'm hiding again in the comfort of the cooling system. ๐
Periwinkle in bloom. At least I think that's a periwinkle plant. ๐ As it's suddenly too hot these past few days, I feel that the plants in the garden will need more watering. I could spend a little more time in the garden after work hours. That's a chance for me to get out of the flat and stay cooler outside. ๐โค๏ธ๐ก

So true indeed. These days, however, one will need a lot of resources in order to do just that. ๐ I think I fell asleep for a while as it's now cool and comfy. It's really no fun being in this flat during the summer. However, the only way I can change that is to find ways and means to have my own place, preferably somewhere farther than the city, where it's not too crowded and hot. ๐โค๏ธ๐ก
I pray that summer days go by too quickly. ๐ I wouldn't mind if it were suddenly June now. ๐ I would welcome the rainy season any time as long as it means cooler days and nights. ๐ oh well...

A week ago I was having a stressful time due to a busted monitor. I'm glad I've somehow worked that out. I hope for less stress in the coming days, weeks, and months. Now I wish I could go on estivation till summer is over. ๐คฃ I think I will catch up on some rest now as it's tough to do that during the warmer hours of the day. Do have a wonderful midweek!
