This post is for the #wednesdaywalk challenge and the #makemesmile challenge collaboration. This collaboration initially took place once a month, but due to its popularity, @tattoodjay (of the #wednesdaywalk) and @elizacheng (of #makemesmile) decided to make it a weekly thing.
If you want to know more about the rules, visit this week's post by @tattoodjay where you will find all the rules at the bottom of his post after you've enjoyed his beautiful photos from his walk.
Over the last couple of weeks I shared some images of our visit to Cape Town. If you missed any of them and you would like to enjoy some nice views of Cape Town, you can find them here:

Two Reasons Why You Should Take a Drive on Chapman's Peak Drive!
Still sharing about Cape Town, I published my last post two weeks ago about ending 2024 on a high note.
You can read it here:
I wanted to do Part 2 last week, but I just had a hectic week and my planning went out the window...lol!
But here I am with Part 2 today and I hope you are going to enjoy it with me!
Arriving at the Top of the Mountain.
As you arrive at the top of the mountain and exit the Upper Station, you find a friendly space where you can do some holiday shopping in a beautiful curio shop - SHOP at the TOP of Table Mountain.
You can also find something to eat and/or drink in this area.
If shopping or eating is not on your mind (yet), there is a huge area to socialize, relax, enjoy some breath-taking views, or just sit down to relax for a while. This is for either before or after your walk...or even both...lol.
In the next few images you can see many people enjoy being in (even above) the clouds in this aera...
Even some of our feathered friends use this space to catch a breather.
We also walked down to the edge, admiring some of the views.
This is what we saw.
And then another feathered friend looked me straight in the eyes...
It was as if he was asking... "would you like me to pose for you?"
"How about this? Good enough...?"
In the last couple of images for this post, I started focusing on the views again...
And while I was shifting my focus on a higher part of the scene, another little birdie unexpectedly came flying right into the photo...lol.
And with that we come to the end of today's post. The last two images of this post should give you an idea of the views of will share in my next post while moving around on the mountain.
Thank you for reading my post! I do appreciate it!
