I ALMOST FELL FOR A SCAM.
I cannot believe that I almost fell for a scam. It was fairly well done. I almost clicked on the link in the email. It started inocent enough.
I got a message on FB messenger. I found it about odd but people are different.
What I found odd was that he never asked if it was available like most people do. Started strait with "can I pay via Interac?" As you can see in the screen shot I had to correct him, it is called e-transfer here. Again I srugged it off as someone who imigrated here and english was not their first language.
So then I gave him my email address.
This should have been another alarm bell, a tiny one was starting to go off in my head.
At this point all my alarm bells where going off. I don't know what info he wanted from my email if I did a screen shot, I never of course.
I found it really odd that a bank transfer would go to my junk mail, I have never had that happen. Now for me to accept a e-transfer the person sending has to use a security question with a security answer. So I asked him what the security answer was, as you can see.
This is where I knew I was tring to be scammed, trying to gain access to my bank account. This is what the fake bank email looked like.
Man that look really good, I am impressed really with the atempt. But a few more alarm bells where going off. The name of the bank in the email. The fact that it said "HI andersonbradley" and not my name. The fact that the only thing clickable was the "select a financial instittution".
Another attempt for him to try and to get me to click on something in the email. And then a giant mistake on his part. What ever computer code he was using, he paisted some of it in the chat.
Then when I asked what bank he sent the funds from it was different than what the fake email said. Must be a new scammer.
Again he tried to get me to click a link in the email. And he was still trying hard. Even gave me a local address to try and convince me he lived locally. So I switched things up on him, asking if I could get cash and drop off the product.
At this point I decided to have some fun with him, I wanted to see how stupid he was, I found it rather funny when I started to ask if I could become a scammer like him, he could teach we, we could become partners.
I have no idea what his last statment meant. But at this point I had already reported him to FB and then I blocked him.
Lesson learned, scammers are getting better, always be on your toes. I have to give FB credit, half way through the conversation its algorithm popped up and said the conversation 'may be a scam' .

DRIP DAY
Saturdays are Drip Day. That means it is/was drip day. Now if you are not a regular reader of mine you are wondering what is drip day.
I run a income token and tipping bot all in one. The token is BBH. Every Saturday I payout the people holding BBH tokens. Passive income if you like. I like to call it a 'drip' of a token(s) to the people that own BBH tokens. And unlike some all you have to do is own it. No staking, no nothing.
If you own 10 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive.
If you own 5,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive and the PIMP token, and CTP Tokens and SLOTHBUZZ.
If you own 10,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive, PIMP, CTP, SLOTHBUZZ. and LEO tokens.
If you stake 20,000 or more BBHO tokens you get a drip of swap.btc, BRO, and DUO tokens
If you stake 5,000 or more BBHO tokens you got a drip of BRO and DUO tokens.

All just for owning BBH. There are two ways you can get BBH. First you can buy them from the open market. I use TribalDex myself.
Or they can be tipped to you. The great part about BBH tipping is that when you tip a token to someone else you do not loose any of your own. There is a central pool that supplies them.
And a third way to get BBH would be people gift them to you. There was an update to the tipping bot. If you now tip 1 BBH you get 1 BBH also. How facking awesome is that.

WITNESS UPDATE
199 fracking sauce days as a witness we managed to get into 67th place. What a battle this is. Up to 394 supporters. 394 supporters, did you read that. That is Awesome Fracking Sauce. Nothing wrong with that. But I want more, I want to keep growing fast, moving up the charts fast. Business mindset people.. Now the hard part begins. Getting the word out to more people.
I know we will keep moving up the charts. The higher we are, the more Hive income there is, and the higher Drip Day payouts will get. Remember that. That is what is important.
This morning we are in 67th at 6,979,158 in support. Yesterday we where at 6,972,404 HP in support. To get into 66th place we need another 173,328 in support. Yesterday we needed 173,372 in support. We need alot of little or some big support to come in. Tell the world.
As you can see I lost a nice supporter yesterday. Oh well, time will take of it all. I have only been a Witness for a little over 6 months. I am sure this will cycle up and down.
DEDICATION
Let me start with the fact that I have been on this blockchain now for 2075 days. And I am extreamly proud to say my posting streak continues. I have now done at last one post a day for 2075 strait days. Yes, from the 1st day I joined. I have not missed a day.

CURATION TRAIL
No new members to the Curation Trailover in the last 24 hours. We are now 332 strong. The new goal of 500 members by the end of 2025.
What is the point of a curation trail and why should I join?
Any post that I up vote, everyone that is upto 332 possible upvotes.
When you join the trail you can set your trail vote to what ever you want. Even if you set the up vote to 0.01. Imagine if we had 1,000 people in the trail that would be 10.00 to the post. Fantastic stuff. A little difference can end up making a giant difference to a Hiver.
That being said, we do have 332 members, I know not all are active, some have passed, but the majority of use are still here.
Imagine if we could get 100 people doing just 1 blog post about the curation trail. Do you think the membership would go up quickly?

BBH RELEASE PRICE
I now set the release price of BBH to the markets daily. It is an open market so sometimes you can pick up deals when others are selling cheaper than my set price. The goal is to have 1 BBH = 1 Satoshi. I do a bit of math and get the price. If Bitcoin is stronger than Hive then the price of one BBH goes up and if Hive is strong than Bitcoin then the price goes down.
