My Passion: Raising Roosters (For Sale, Not Fighting!)

in Daily Blog6 days ago

Good day, everyone!Roosters raising is of great interest to me however, let me be clear:I am not interested in cockfighting.I am primarily into breeding and marketing these stunning animals.

Caring for the birds from chicks to adulthood is a labour of love, and I derive great satisfaction from it;I breed different kinds of roosters, with prices depending on their age and breed.Chicks usually cost ₱200-₱300;roosters range around ₱2,000-₱5,000 or more, depending on age and quality, proliferate around ₱200-₱300.

I have only three chicks left from my most recent clutch, the rest have found new homes presently.Still,it's always a little bittersweet to see them go,it's gratifying to know they're going to decent owners.I'm always pleased to discuss my birds and impart my enthusiasm with others.

I also have a rooster at my grandfather's house, he said it was a Siamese type of chicken, and was very agile in fighting, that's why it was always kept locked up so it wouldn't hurt other chickens.
By the way, what kind of chicken do you have as a pet, and do they have a name? I hope you have a nice day, my friend 🤗🤗👍👍

A Siamese fighting rooster, huh? Those are impressive birds! It makes sense that he was kept locked up to protect the other chickens. My gamecock/fighting cock is much more opposite aggressive, thankfully! Hope your day is wonderful!
