I was pescatarian for a while and that included everything except meat and poultry. It was the easiest way to avoid social pressures. Then I stopped eating eggs and dairy and continued with the fish and seafood. Then I just stopped fish and seafood. It was the transition that was easiest for me.

That was a style we missed including in this post. I'll edit it to add it. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Without a doubt, a gradual transition is the best way to become vegan.
