God is good. He created everything and observed that they were good. God didn't create anything which was evil. He didn't create anything which the Bible says that it's bad. The Bible records that everything which God created was good. He saw everything that he had made and behold it was good. So, we should not think that God wants evil things to happen. God wants good things to happen.
The evil that we are having in the world comes from the devil. The devil brought evil and darkness into the world. He caused men to be dominated by evil works. We should not think that God cause the evil things happening in the world to happen. No, the evil things are done by men. The devil engineers men to engage in evil works.
God's plan for our lives is to do good works. We were created for good works. We are the workmanship of God who are created in Christ Jesus for good works. There are no plans by God that we should be evil. We should not do evil. Evil is from the devil. Let us submit ourselves to do the will of God rather than obeying the evil works of the devil.
