Saludos y bendiciones, mi gente bonita de @lifestyle, espero que tengan un excelente día. Por aquí ha sido movido. Ahora estoy en el hospital con mi mami, con un cachete hinchado. Y ver la realidad de estos centros de salud es muy triste. Pero bueno, al que le toca, hay que afrontarlo. Esperando salir en un rato de aquí y que mi mamá esté bien con el favor de Dios.
Hoy comparto con ustedes estas fotos que tomé en la mañana en el trabajo, donde tuvimos un taller de formación con personal del Instituto venezolano de los seguros sociales.
Mi área de trabajo es con cálculo de prestaciones sociales, pero mi jefa me dijo para que la acompañara con el personal de bienestar social a esta asesoría y yo encantada, con todo lo que se pueda aprender.
Además, esta área del seguro social es muy bonita, ya estuve laborando en ella años atrás. El que dirigió el taller nos aclaró muchas dudas, lo malo que el tiempo fue poco, queríamos más, je, je, je.
Lo bueno que nos enseñó a trabajar con el sistema Tiuna, algo con lo que no había trabajado y, por lo que vemos, hay mucho trabajo por hacer. Hay que registrar a muchos trabajadores nuevos y sacar a otros que tienen tiempo fuera de la institución.
Es un área que tiene, como le digo, mucho trabajo. Lo bueno es que hay varias personas y tienen la disposición. A los que me leen y trabajan para un patrono, estén pendientes de su cuenta individual, se pueden meter al sistema con su cédula y ver si le han cargado sus cotizaciones, si tienen las fechas de afiliación e ingreso bien.
Otra cosa interesante es que pueden agregar cargas familiares nuevas, por ejemplo, si cuando la ingresaron al sistema tenían un hijo, ahora tienen cuatro, se deben ingresar o si se divorciaron y se volvieron a casar, hacer el cambio.
Son cosas que a los trabajadores muchas veces no les dicen. Imagínate, no sabía, que había que hacer ese trámite. Eso que trabajo en recursos humanos, es que es algo que no se estaba haciendo y esto es algo muy importante.
Así como eso, muchas otras aclaratorias y las que faltan, lo bueno que el instructor dejó su número de teléfono para aclarar cualquier duda que surja.
Así que estén pendientes con sus cuentas individuales del Seguro Social.

Besides, this area of social security is very nice, I was already working in it years ago. The person who led the workshop clarified many doubts, the bad thing is that the time was short, we wanted more, heh, heh, heh, heh.
The good thing is that he taught us how to work with the Tiuna system, something I had not worked with before and, as far as we can see, there is a lot of work to do. We have to register many new workers and bring out others who have been out of the institution for a long time.
