Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero hayan tenido un excelente inicio de semana, por acá con sintomas de gripe, pero no paramos, este reto me tiene super enfocada, y espero poder cumplirlo, aunque no les voy a negar que hay dias donde me cuesta, sobretodo las flexiones porque LAS ODIO, pero bueno, hay que hacer mas de eso que nos incomoda no? Jeje y mirenme aqui!!
Hoy hice el reto y adicional una rutina de abdomen, porque mis amores de que me pongo buena, me pongo buena 😂 asi que nos vemos en la proxima rutina.
