On this seventies Sunday morning we are picking tunes released in the seventies!

Ashlee goes with the band Blondie & Picks a different song from two albums. First up for DailyJam it’s the song The Tide Is High from 1979’s Autoamerican record. This was there fifth album overall. For BonusJam it’s the song Hanging On The Telephone from 1978’s Parallel Lines record, the third record overall.

Gene goes with two songs off the same album from the band UFO! The version picked are both from the 1979 live album Strangers In the Night. For DailyJam it’s Rock Bottom (live in Chicago 10/13/1978) & for BonusJam it’s Doctor Doctor (live in Louisville 10/18/1978). Both songs originally appeared on the studio album Phenomenon released in 1974, I just think the live album versions kick ass!

Let’s Go!
