Hello, Actifitters!
How are you all doing? I hope you are having a great day. I am excited to be in your midst. I would like to share my activities with you today. I really had so much fun!
It all started when I woke up today around 5 AM. I was really grateful for the gift of life, so I prayed and thanked Jehovah. After that, I did some house chores, then I took my bath and wore my clothes. I had already planned to visit my maternal home because my mother sent me an errand there. I was really excited to go there; it had been a long time since I visited. So, I didn't hesitate to go.
However, I left my house and entered a vehicle going to my maternal home. It was really far from my house, in a village called Edda, located in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. It was really a long journey from Abia State to Ebonyi State. After 7 hours, I arrived at my maternal home. When I reached there, I took some pictures, which you will see below.
I was really sweating as a result of the blazing sun. After that, I rested for a while, then I told My cousin, who also visited the village to accompany me to the village stream, he agreed.so both of us went together.
However, I don't know how to swim, but I am interested in learning it. As we arrived at the stream, I entered the area that is not deep. He taught me how to swim; it was not really easy, my friends, but I kept on trying until I learned some ways to swim. Firstly, I jumped into the stream and raised both my hands and legs, sailing like a canoe, but I closed my eyes and held my breath for a few minutes while doing it.
After a few attempts, I improved and was enjoying the stream. I swam for many hours with my eyes opened. We were not the only ones in the stream; there were other individuals swimming. I really had so much fun while swimming in the stream today. Below are some pictures I took in the stream today,I also took some pictures with my cousin.
After I was done swimming, we got back to the house. I ate the food that I was served. Then, after a few more hours, after I was done with the errand, i left The village was returning to my home in Abia State, Nigeria. After some hours, I arrived safely. I could have stayed for a few days, but I wasn't really prepared, so I had to return. Finally, I had so much fun today.
