Swan Lake...My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2024

Another intense day at work while my wife takes pictures such as this magnificent shot taken a local lake.

Health and safety training is important in any working situation. But I fear that it is impacting the smooth running of every day working practices. The ugly fact is that the law of diminishing returns comes into play here. Something that will be playing a big part in the future.

I could go on, but we are not robots!

My last day at work again already! The step count shows again how intense it has been . Two days running over twenty thousand!

I now need a rest! 😁
