Hello all! I hope everyone has been well, another regular kind of day for me today.
I managed to hit the gym and I get in a decent workout, not as fantastic as I would have liked. My time at the gym has been getting shorter and shorter recently, I need to definitely find my motivation streak again.
On the plus, I did manage to hit 12,000 steps today. Ideally as the days go on I would like to increase my over-all steps daily.
I know the benefits of hitting your general 10,000 steps daily. It helped me out a tonne shredding down a couple years back, something so simple yet its overlooked by many with the conveniences of cars and sitting on our butts all day!
