Hello there! How are you? I hope you’re doing great. Welcome to my actifit post. This actifit report number 1252 also serves as my Alive & Thriving report for Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
After 9 pm, I could walk on the treadmill for around 25 minutes. It helped me reach over 13k steps on Tuesday. Before that, I had an average busy at work.
Overall, my Tuesday was similar to my last Monday. Fajr Prayer, dropping off my kid at his school, morning shift duty from 8 to 12, picking up my kid from school, afternoon nap, evening shift duty from 4 to 9, and playing with my kid! Today I consulted 36 patients in my chamber. Except for an RTA case with minimal injuries, all the cases were non-emergency.
