The weather is getting warmer. Summer is here.
I walked for about twenty minutes this morning. In the afternoon I was busy planting plants in my garden. In the evening I walked with my friends. We talked while walking. This made for a better friendship. It was more free to talk at this time. Today my step count was a little lower.
9000+ steps. It is better to move a little bit every day. I will try to keep moving in the next days.
