Hello everyone!
The weather is nice this morning. I walked for about half an hour in the morning. From my house to the top of the road and back.
I bought some vegetables and some food at the market near the top of the road. I walked around the market. Then I went home. In the afternoon, I spent time doing housework. In the evening, I walked around the house a little. I didn鈥檛 go out anymore.
Today, my step count is 8000+.
My step count has decreased a lot. I will try to improve more in the coming days. Have a nice day.
