Today was another revalidation day, which basically means a lot of sitting, waiting, and not much room for running around like a headless chicken (my usual style). So, movement? Minimal.
But then, my husband and I took a walk to catch up after a few hectic days, you know, those days where you pass each other in the hallway like coworkers who barely remember each other’s names. “Oh hey, you live here too?”
Today also meant back to work, kids back to school, and all the little hustles of a totally normal household. Things like realizing too late that socks have a secret portal to another dimension.
But despite it all, I hit my 10,000 steps! Every appointment got done (who even am I?), and I managed to enjoy some fresh air before Belgium’s March weather does what it does best, throw four seasons into one day and keep us all guessing.
But hey, we’re up for it!
