My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2025

A big activity count for me today, probably one of my biggest. I spend a lot of time on the roof pointing and cleaning up. I will be glad when this job is over. It is tough, and my back and legs.

I still managed to squeeze in a warm up on the indoor bike then some speed work dring my morning run.

It was nice to get off the roof and walk on some not 20 degrees angled surface in the late afternoon.
