This is an old fire hydrant on the side of the road.
It looks rusty, which makes you doubt whether it actually works, or not.
You won't notice it, unless you stop at that spot and observe the surrounding area for a couple of seconds.
Fire hydrants are typically painted in vivid red color, so you can easily find them.
This is not the case with this one though.
