Hello and good day to the actifit users and to all of the Hivians out there, today, I've got almost 6,000 steps and what I do to get that steps is to do my daily activities which composed of walking and doing my chores. I have been doing this for a while and I can say that this is one of the effective way to burn calories and not only that, I can become fit as well.
In the morning, I clean my house and walking around it because it's good to walk around than to lay in my bed and doing nothing. I only walk for a few minutes and then rest then continue again for that cycle. Also, in the evening, I walked outside because I don't have enough time to walk in the afternoon. While walking, there were a couple of vehicles that were passing by maybe because they like to buy something or they will go home.
While walking around it, I saw a couple of people that were dancing on the stage. I think they were practicing for a competition or something similar to that. I loved watching people that were dancing and as I was walking, I can't help but to look at them dancing to master the steps and to synchronize. Dancing is also one of the way to burn calories because while dancing, your muscles were working and your fats were burning.
After that, I went home and I can't help to dance for a few steps while walking at home because one of the best thing that I like to do is dancing but dancing didn't like me. Anyway, it's fun watching them practicing their steps and mastering them.
