In this space I will be giving away STARBITS, sharing my experience with a song, telling how I discovered it, and providing interesting information about it. Then I will include several tables with statistics of the Rising Star game.
After I finished going through the hundred songs provided by Spotify that I listened to the most in the last year, I have thought of adding songs of my choice from my "Like" list that has more than 1000 songs. The last song I talked about in my last post was: If you leave me now: Chicago
Take My Breath Away: Berlin
My song of choice on Spotify for today's post is Take My Breath Away of the group Berlin.
In the previous post, I talked about one of the most famous songs of the band Chicago: If you leave me now. I had found it after listening to a playlist of classics from the 70's to the 90's and receiving recommendations on the genre from Spotify, which usually gets it right with their choices. Upon hearing the song, I immediately recognized it, as I had heard it on several occasions on some radio station when I was younger. It brings back a great sense of nostalgia, bringing back memories of my childhood.
Berlin is a rock band formed in 1979 by Terri Nunn (singer), John Crawford (keyboard) and David Diamond (guitar). The biggest success is "Take My Breath Away", which became a worldwide success, with the influence of having been part of the soundtrack of the 1986 film Top Gun. Thanks to its success and its participation in the film, it managed to obtain an Oscar award for Best Original Song.
Take My Breath Away is part of the album called "Count Three & Pray" that was released in 1986, which also includes other well-known songs such as No More Words and The Metro. The song has more than 500 million views on the Spotify platform and 490 million views on YouTube, proving that this song was a success transcending time.

The new format will be similar to the one we used some time ago, using the Hive Tools application. However, the application didn't always work, so this time we will be using a Discord bot that is in charge of returning a winner from among all the comments on a Hive post.
