But....

Landlord Drink?? What are they drinking for N10,000? I know fanta is only a fraction of that amount.

Or is that just a nice term for landlord fee.

Exactly....
Landlord fee should have been a better name for it.
I don't know the use of those pay, well that's their full time business.
They love it more, when you stay for a year and move out.
New tenant, new fresh fees.

I am open to answering any questions anything.
