Hello friends!
I start this food post by saying that I'm a bad cook, I don't cook much, much less very complex things, I have little patience and I opt for simple recipes, because you have to know how to cook since we all like to eat, right?
So if I find recipes or tips to make a delicious dish or dessert that is also healthy, with good ingredients, I try it! And that's what I've done with some tasty little cookies that are made quickly, with few ingredients and you don't have to make them very perfectly. Therefore, it's my recipe.
And that's it, as the title of the recipe says, these are banana and chocolate cookies, with few ingredients and ideal for a little treat when we want something sweet irremediably. Something that happens, so, without guilt, everything is good and healthy. Better.
Ingredients
To start, we need 125 grams of banana, depending on the size, it will be one or two, or one and a half. It is better if it is slightly ripe, because it will be softer and sweeter.
And instead of flour, something not so healthy, we can use ground almond or coconut flour, or a mixture as well, and the same amount, about 125 grams.
To make the topping, which is also easy, just 40 grams of 85% dark chocolate and a small spoonful of coconut oil (or olive oil if you don't have it) to help it dissolve better when melting. Intense.
As you can see, it doesn't contain flour, sugar, sweeteners, eggs, milk or many other ingredients. Now let's see how it's made.
Preparation
First step, preheat the oven to about 200 degrees top and bottom.
In a bowl add the banana and mash it and then the ground almond or coconut flour, and mix everything well.
Then put the dough in small circular shapes, or whatever shape you want, made by hand, on baking paper. And put it in the oven for about 15 minutes, but keep watching because they turn golden quickly, it depends on the power of your oven.
Now all that's left to do is make the choco topping, melting the chocolate in pieces in a bain-marie, or in the microwave in 30-second bursts. And add a little coconut oil, or olive oil. Very little.
And when the chocolate is liquid, add it on top of the cookies with a spoon, be careful because if it's very liquid it will drip, but it's okay, then just let it cool for a while. And enjoy and have a sweet little bite!
This recipe can be made in just over 20 minutes, while they are in the oven we prepare the chocolate, and we just have to wait a little while afterwards. But the good thing is that it can be prepared almost spontaneously very quickly, so we don't get lazy but the opposite, just preparing fast sweet and healthy cookies.
We will have a delicious snack to enjoy at any time and without having to be expert bakers or eat processed products. You can keep them for a few days and so whenever we feel like it, we can enjoy a few bites of the banana choc cookies!
