I just went for a jog, tho I didn't run I still got tired so I walked then I jogged again on and off. I did finish the circle tho!
I tried jogging faster than my current jog and I feel heavy in my shins, what worked for me is I walk faster than usual with both my arms swaying back and forth.
What really helps is I have a timer that I set as 3 minutes and 15 seconds and I walk faster than usual until the timer stops, if I feel tired enough I walk normally after the timer stops until I feel I'm ready to walk faster again and if I don't feel tired enough I immediately start the timer again after it ends and I walk faster again until the timer ends. This way you can take it easy once too tired and push yourself if not tired enough.
If you decide to choose this way of jogging your timer and pace might be different from me, but I feel this works best for me.
