Finally the rain was gone yesterday and we even got plenty of sun in the afternoon. Again, Le Chat is so good at expressing how happy that makes her...
I couldn't pass up on that beautiful sun, so I managed to get out of work before the sun went down.
We quickly went behind the front yard with Kaia. It's a great place for the sunset and golden hour light.
Kaia was ready for some jumping until a scent pulled her in a different direction at the very last second.
It had to be something good to distract her like that. Of course, it was Le Chat joining us in the small forest.
Happy sisters! Again, look at Le Chat's face, so much expression...
Of course, the next destination was the bigger forest.
We even made it there before the sun disappeared. My favorite shots, the sun through the trees!
As often, Kaia climbed up to find critters. With the sun behind her, even better!
She was right, we weren't alone, deer were observing us. But from quite far this time.
You can only see their white tails with Kaia full speed behind them...
We continued walking the trails until the sun finally disappeared behind the trees.
And as is now a tradition, Kaia led us out of the forest.
Even after 7pm, we still had a little daylight for our final loops in the neighborhood.
Well, it was better than the last few days, especially with the sun. But I missed the 20k steps again. At least, we still have time before it becomes really challenging to pass the bar for #poprzeczka competition.
