Poverty is not Hindrances for me, in fact I lived in Poverty Situations and I really proud to lived peacefully.
I am proud to share my Wonderful living here in the Province and I am really happy to lived even in a simple way of Life. Today, house chores and obligations are waiting and it needs to be done on time so that I can have still few time resting. The first thing I did was to cooked fried fish for our breakfast, this morning at exactly 4 in the morning, I started to cleaned the fish we brought yesterday. I sliced it very well and washed it thoroughly to removed dirt. I marinated it for a few minutes using vinegar and soysauce for a few minutes.
After a few minutes of marinating, I started to boiled cooking oil and fried it very perfecfly so in wont uncooked or raw. Using firewoods that I gathered last day, I can be abled to cooked and boiled water. We don't use electric stove or rice cooker instead we used firewoods. My Father built this small dirty kitchen but this is temporarily built. He decided to built near at the big stones, it serves as a wall so the wind comes from the wont blew the fire while cooking.
After cooking and frying the fish, I also folded our blankets and beds very carefully. I also folded my clothes and it takes almost an hour because theres a lot of clothes folded in. My Daughter was in my Husband's Parents and we only spend two days here before going back to the farm. I only visited our place here at Barangay Punta Silum to check our vacant lot and also to visit my Parents.
Water is one of the problem here in our Barangay, there are schedules implemented on what day and time for water distributions. Lucky it was our schedule so I hurriedly filled this lots of empty containers so we can have lots of water to stored for the next day. We still want to brought lots of empty galloons used to stored lots of water and some plastic barrels to used.
Doing lots of house chores is very tiring and having sweat, changing clothes is ver important. After that, I also cleaned the place were we washed our clothes. It needs to hurriedly done the task while the water was still flowing. It only takes 3 hours before the water will interrupt. I also washed the dishes and water the plants, it really needs to be done so the place will be clean and will organized.
After Taking our breakfast and doing my house chores, I take a rest for a minute and while having a good resting time I also checked my pet specially my chicken. My hen lays lots of eggs and I am very excited to see her chicks soon. While my cute Puppies and kitten are also having fun running to the place. They played with each other hiding on the grass and chasing and running. I was having a lot of fun time watching them playing outside of the house.
After a few minutes of resting, we decided to went to our lot to gathered lots of dry firewoods. It only takes a few minutes because it is near here in our house and as we arrived there, we started to gathered lots of dry branches of trees and coconut palm.
This is our vacant lot and it needs to clean just like removing those wild grass, we are lucky to have this place were we can get lots of firewoods we can save lots of money instead by buying stoves or ricd cooker. Our plan for this is to plant lots of valuable crops like bananas and coconuts by next day.
We gathered this young coconut plants last day and it is ready to plant in the field. We only a few square meters of land here in Barangay Punta Silum but it can produced and plant lots of crops and any valuable plants. Thats all for today's daily post of mine. Have a nice day to everyone.
