Just like in Pintoy's farm, there are also some structures built at the sitio and some of it are already abandoned. Some of the structures here are made of light materials just like Bamboo pieces, lumbers and Nipa Hut for rooftops. There are also structure of house here made of solid concrete just like this one. This house was built 95 Years already according to the elders here. Some of the walls are continued covering with wild plants and the lawn and the backyard also covered with wild grass. Near in this old house is the wide farm full of Coconut trees and Manggoe trees.
Some of the residents here built a simple waitingshed made of round lumbers, Knotted coconut leaves as rooftop here under in this big mabolo tree. The long chairs including the round table is also made of light materials just like bamboo pieces and round lumbers. They like to built this unique structure here so their agricultural areas can see and looked anytime. This is a perfect place to rest because it is very relaxing and cool brought by big trees surrounded here. Aside of that, there are lots of wild animals like birds can be seen and found here flying around the place and making its nests on the tree branches.
This piece of an old wood cart helps the residents to carried their heavy loads and to transport on the other side of the place. It is made of Native hardwoods including its wheels covered with Rubbers. But as many years has past, this wooden carts was already abandoned for many years. Because of the thick grass, the carts are continously covered.
This Sitio is also near at the river and this body of water gives a great contributions just like watering the plants, agricultural activities, house chores and many more. Aside of that, the soil near at the river is very fertile in fact there are lots of agricultural plants like bananas can be seen and found here.
Lots of bamboo trees also planted near at the cliff and it helps the dry land avoided of being eroded brought by heavy rains and flash floods. The residents planted lots of it because this are very useful in terms of constructing activities like tables, chairs, walls and floors.
Approximately, there are 400 young coconuts planted here and most of it are already produced lots of coconut fruits. The planting areas is located near at the river that is why the soil here is very fertile. According to the land owner this coconut plants is supported with organic fertilizers.
This very old water pump contributes more to all residents here. Villagers get more clean water here used for cooking the foods and drinkable water. They also built this water tub made with solid concrete so they can stored lots of water specially during hot season just like summer. This old water pump ages 70 Years already and it is covered with rust but it is still in used until today.
This house was also abandoned many years ago, it is made of light materials just like bamboo pieces, plywoods, nipa as rooftops and some solid concrete. It is very unique small house but totally abandoned by land owner, there two bedrooms with small space of living room and Sala.
This unique small wooden house was built 5 years already and it is also made of light materials like bamboo pieces, hardeflex, and lumbers particularly the Walls. This house was made near at the cliff, this is actually a rest house everytime when the land owner visited the farm. The owner decided to build this house near at the water pump so they caj easily fetched lots of clean water without walking for a few meters away.
