In the morning Claudia: minima to qualify for the Spanish championships 600m, under 1'40". 1'39"29, check. At noon: For me best season time: 4'57" on 1500m, now 4'55" check. Afternoon: Mathias great long jump and 1'40" at the 500m at 10 years old! Check! Great day at the track! Check!
